Our process is designed to be seamless from start to finish:

1. Plan your shoot: We’ll start with a call with one of our experienced shoot producers to get to know your brand, collection, and goals for the shoot, and walk you through exactly what to expect.
2. Moodboard & shotlist: Next, we’ll create a detailed shoot plan that covers everything from backdrop colour and lighting style to posing, expressions, and makeup direction. You’ll see exactly what’s being captured before we start, so there are no surprises.
3. Send your products: Drop them off to our Bali studio or ship them through our trusted local and international partners. We’ll prepare everything so it’s ready for shoot day.
4. We shoot: Our team handles everything from lighting, styling, and hair & makeup to directing the model to bring your products to life. Each product is shot from multiple angles to ensure variety while keeping the overall aesthetic consistent.
5. Review & delivery: Once edited, your images are uploaded to a private gallery for your review and final approval before delivery.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you can relax knowing your shoot is in expert hands.

We offer flat-rate per-image pricing that includes everything you need — professional model, hair & makeup artist, studio rental, lighting, photographer, and professional retouching — all for one simple price.

$55 per image

Each product is captured from 3–4 angles for a complete lookbook presentation.

This rate includes a professional model from our roster, with a wide range of looks to suit your brand.

If you prefer a specific model from one of Bali’s agencies, we can handle scouting and confirm pricing in advance.

Rates are based on a minimum of 3 images per product or look (if multiple products are worn together).
